How can I improve my rack position?

My elbows just don't seem to want to get up there on cleans. What do
A sports bra might help you keep your rack nice and compressed, you won't have any issues when you try to lift your elbows! ✌
I don't lift, sorry I can't actually help.
Try lowering the weight and focusing more on form?
Work on it being one fluid movement.
Should be pulling the weight,
also try throwing your elbows out more on your lift.

But having them closer to your body makes it easier?
yeet yeet dab skrr
Lol clearly not a lot of olympic lifters here...

To improve your rack position you can do some mobility for your wrists, stretch your forearms, biceps and triceps, and your shoulders as something is not allowing your elbows to stay up!

Lots of videos on youtube but my favorite would be grabbing a lacrosse ball and putting it against the wall and rolling out your forearms or even grab a foam roller for against the wall!

goodluck
