Anime OP: Nevereverland by nano

This is an 11 minute OVA from the well-regarded light novel of the same name. There really is no story, character development, and so forth. If anything, this was essentially an elongated trailer for what the anime could have been if the creators chose to do thusly. There are a multitude of randomized scenes with the MC, almost as if they are taken out of chronological episodes.

The only notable feature from this anime is the popular OP Nevereverland by nano (linked above) and to a degree the art is done well. Otherwise, this is an average anime that is only famous for that song and the light novel. Shame that it was never an actual series, for if done right it could have been a decent anime.

Would love to see this become a full fledged Anime, it have potential. Maybe if more material gets released it'll be possible?

Woops, forgot to add the date that it aired.

Perhaps, it seems that the light novel was popular, and after doing some digging there wasn't a studio that made this but a few independent animators along with the producers at Hood Entertainment. It does have potential, but the only adaptation of the light novel atm is the OVA which is too short and seems random, hence its poor MAL rating.
