[$10] College/University Students: Respondus LockDown Browser Bypass [Windows Only]

Out of my curiosity, I've coded an app which allows you to open certain apps while Respondus LockDown Browser is open. The app itself launches the LockDown Browser, performs some magic and re-enables the taskbar for further functionality. Administrator privileges are required. You're still not capable of opening apps that the LockDown Browser, by default, closes, e.g. Chrome, Task Manager, etc. However, I am able to use portable browsers while the LockDown Browser is open, e.g. Chromium Portable.

What I've noticed while using the LockDown Browser is that upon exiting, at times it may not re-enable Task Manager. I've implemented a function to re-enable Task Manager once LockDown Browser is closed.

Overall, Respondus LockDown Browser is pretty useless, and I'm bothered that many colleges, especially public ones, spend thousands of tax-payer dollars on useless software such as Respondus LockDown Browser.

I've developed this app based merely on observation of Respondus LockDown Browser. I have not attempted to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the LockDown Browser. Further, I have not made any work that is a copy, modification or derivative of the LockDown Browser, this app is not in any way affiliated with Respondus, or any of its products. As such, for the sake of legal matters, I have not violated the license agreement in developing this. The agreement, in relevant part, provides:

Code
1. LICENSE GRANT.
.... You may not, and you may not permit anyone else to, (i) copy, modify, translate, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Software or any part thereof; ....

What does mean for you? You most likely aren't violating the license agreement by using my app either. I'm not a lawyer, don't construe this as legal advice by any means. Read the license agreement yourself. This is HF, you should know what you're doing.

What I'm still working on is:
1. Re-enabling Certain Keyboard Keys and Mouse Buttons
2. Preventing the termination of other apps
3. Whatever else I may encounter

Here's a screenshot of it working: https://i.imgur.com/UttM2a8.jpg

I'm accepting PayPal, Bitcoins, BTC-e Codes, or whatever else you may have to offer in the form of $10. No trades though. You may add me through Skype via "heroicsimran" (or PM me here, though Skype may be faster).

If there's another app similar to Respondus LockDown Browser that you would want me to take a look at, mentioned it here in this thread.
Does this still work in november 2018?
same question does it still work
