Simple.
Don't use user scripts.

Otherwise contact the creator or check the source code and change all http links to https.

Tip:

If you change the URL in the scripts from

http://example.com

to:

//example.com

....then it should be compatible with either the HTTP or HTTPS.

Eventually I will force HTTPS on all pages but not yet.
