1) What is mercari?

Mercari is a marketplace very similar to ebay where users buy/sell items and leave feedback.

2) What is this service?

This service provides you a preloaded mercari account with credits, which can be used to buy anything on the marketplace.


The optimal strategy which can be used with these preloaded accounts is as follows

Requirements
1) Your own mercari account
2) Preloaded account with credits
3) Patience and a brain

Steps
1.) Find a seller of an item you wish to purchase
2.) Contact the seller with your own account, tell them you'll buy their item only if they're able to ship it out ASAP (within hours)
3.) Once you come to an agreement, simply login to the preloaded account, and make the purchase, hopefully the seller makes good on his word and ships the item out very quickly.

My partners have been using this method for a while and have been having 95%+ success rate.....

If you use the above method and STILL are not able to receive your item (very unlikely, if you chose a good seller), then i will provide another account.

I have purchased credits from him in the past, clearly if you take a smart approach like he is saying here you can have the item shipped out and it will not matter what happens to the account he sends you!
Follow his instructions and you shouldn't have any problems.
