How to prevent getting scammed

If I exchange BTC for Paypal, is there a way for me to take proof of me sending the bitcoins so that if someone charges back a couple weeks later. i have proof of the sale and can win the dispute
Not really, Usually if its a charge back its from someone carding and you'll lose that dispute regardless
Ask them for a picture of them holding up their ID next to the paypal.
well paypal doesn't allow the exchanging of cryptocurrencies so that would probably get you limited

Dealing with PP there is always a risk of chargeback or unauthorized use, either case you're probably gonna lose.

If dealing with members here, just deal with a reputable one, so the risk is lower.

If Bitcoin is recognized as a currency in the origin of your PayPal account, they will not help you.
Currency exchange is not allowed for PayPal.
When I use PayPal and somebody pays me..

I always buy something for like $1 on amazon and get it shipped to them.
So if they charge back I can give paypal a tracking #.
I apologize to everyone truly. I didn't do what I did just for the hell of it. Family needed food and a roof.

Only if it's recognized as a currency by PayPal. Which depends on your country.
Could have the user take a picture of the ID attached on the account and always deal with a high rep user
Or just meet in person or do bank transfer. You're never safe using PayPal.
