First of all I want to explain to anyone who asks: "I have a great new computer, and I run heavy games smoothly. So why my software will be blast??"
Blasts program depends on the processor you have, and the amount of loading effects during editing software current.
How much of your computer processor and newer and better quality, less stick like this software and you will feel the burden that that increase.
As the processor and your computer is already old and weaker, so you will feel more of these blasts.
So that, there are some things that can be done during editing, and to facilitate the course:
1. lowering display quality -
You preview that appears to the right of the screen, showing you according to the settings you define yourself.
You can always download the preview quality, then the display will run faster than you, of course.
What consumed to do is click on the button above the display "Preview", and there choose the quality you want:
Full - best quality.
Half - mediocre display quality.
Quarter - the lowest quality.

2. Early rendering of a particular section (Pre-Render) -
After hosting a part of your video, you can always do it early rendering (only the section of your choice), and you can see it in a completely smooth!
The downside: the software takes a while to render the section (depending on course length of the section you want to render).
There are two ways to do this -
1. where you can select the quality of rendering the earliest.
Check the section you want to render, and press Shift + M
Where you will have to select the quality and file format, acknowledge, and it starts to render.

2. This is the most recommended method. It just will render the software more agile Excerpt, without selecting Settings.
All I needed is the same: to mark the section you want to render,
And press Shift + B then it will begin to render the piece quickly.
A quick tutorial about how to render -
I hope i helped you guys ;)
