What are benefits of this setup?

With this setup you don't have to buy expensive offshore hosting, when they get abuse report they will also suspend your service, this setup is protecting your VPS and your provider will not get any report.
Basically you can have resilient setup for portion of the money you would spend on offshore, 5USD proxy and 10-15USD main server (Depends on you)
You will preserve bots real IP address even though your C&C is behind proxy
You will save a lot of money on hosting
And last but not least, you will save your self with another layer of security

Lot of you guys are asking me same few questions so i decided to answer them here.


Q: Will this work if i have more than one domain on VPS?
A: Yes, you can have unlimited domains, with one proxy you can guard numerous backend VPS or single VPS with numerous domains on it.

Q: What happens when proxy get suspended, do i have to pay 70USD again?
A: Absolutely not, i will set you a new proxy for 10USD, you just point your domain to new proxy IP, i can do domain part for you also, i will not charge that.

Q: How long will proxy last?
A: There's no real answer to this question, it all depends on abuse reports and how much you spread and method you use for spread, but i can tell you with iptables i block majority if not all of scanners so it will last decent amount of time, for private researchers there's simply no defense, they use private/dynamic IP-s so you cant just block them, thats why we use proxies, what is important for you is that you will not lose your main VPS.

Q: Do you accept PayPal?
A: No i don't, i will accept BTC LTC ETH...

To sum it up: You will not get cheaper and better solution than this, forget about bulletproof or offshore hosting, its expensive and it doesn't work, they will suspend your account, believe me, majority of bulletproof hosts will after they get abuse report leave your acc but they will change your IP, that's not BP that's false marketing, in other words, it's ripoff.

Some huge security updates on preventing unwanted people/bots on your proxy VPS:

IP block list:

IP block list is increased from initial 480 lines to 10200 lines of ip ranges, this feature is on personal base for every customer because it needs some tweaking based on your hosting provider.


User agent filter:

Sometimes IP filtering just isn't enough, with user agent filtering i can block:
OS version
Browser version
Bots
Scanners
Anything based on keyword

For example if you for any reason don't want Linux usrer on your VPS i can block any Linux machine or more specifically only some version of Linux, same goes for Windows , you dont want windows 2000 or windows 98 they are 100% bots and not legit users, i just filter them out.
