What is happening to my computer?

honestly not sure whats going on here. My computer has recently been doing very strange things, which all happen in rotations. I had not done anything that could have caused this, and have scanned with malwarebytes and no problems were found. this is my second time typing this as it closed my webpage when i was finished typing. Ill go ahead and explain the rotations.

Rotation 1: I can type normally, nothing seems wrong.

Rotation 2: Left click does not actually click, but seems to press the G key. I cannot type at all and escape while im in a league game brings down the game to the desktop. Also, it appears during this phase the control function is being held down, if i type w, it closes my page, if i scroll, it zooms in and out, if i press n, it opens a new page etc etc.

Rotation 3: I can type, but my keyboard is repeatedly spamming ```` so the text looks like this `````t````e``s```t`````. `````

while typing the first time i went through the rotation, which ended in my pressing w on accident closing the page, but i had succesfully used gyazo to record my screen while phase 3 was going on. heres some gif of that.

this is all while not having a hand on my keyboard

update, while typing this i got a recording of rotation 2.

keep in mind im not pressing control, just n n and w.
Ok so does this happen all the time no matter what your doing? If so boot into safe mode and see if the problem reoccurs.

If this does not help I would suggest updating all your mouse/keyboard driver software in the device manager - and if possible plug in another keyboard/mouse and see if that makes a difference.

It may also be worthwhile to check that none of your system files are corrupted, you can do that by opening up cmd as administrator and typing "sfc /scannow".

You have said you couldn't have done anything to cause this so I am assuming that you haven't downloaded anything that may have sparked this to occur, so I'm not going to suggest scanning with other anti-malware programs but you should consider it if you think it's a possibility (hitmanpro, superantispyware).
