It give me me a failed to load modules error any help?
Did you make this exploit yourself or is it from somewhere else?
You need to post the error here so we can further discuss
try to cd the exploit folder then call builder.py with sudo

I got it from somewhere else. its a silent doc exploit

Oh god, uh from youtube? lol

Are you sure you need to run it in metasploit? It should just run as a normal .py
Try
python ./builder.py

Hope you get this fixed bro
OP get python installed and use command prompt to run it
#c/c++# & #asm#

The way to patch bad code is to remove the bad code, not to add new bad code that hides the old bad code
Metasploit modules are in ruby. That python script is most likely not a metasploit module and therefore cannot be run by metasploit. Run it with python.

But what I am trying to do is replace the shell code on the doc exploit on metasploit.
Just use Kali. So much more convenient :d
Hi Glyco,

The module you are trying to load is .py a python script.

Metasploit is created using Ruby and designed to run ruby(.rb) scripts rather than python. So you are going to have a problems.

You can try the following options:

msf> load python
msf> python_import -f <file path to your python exploit>

Remember, since metasploit is designed to run with ruby and until November 2015 it did not support python modules; you might have problem. If this does not work you might either:

1) Run python as a stand alone script
2) Use proxychains-ng but edit configuration for it to go through your metasploit IP as opposed to the default TOR
3) Try changing the code to your exploit into ruby.

Hope this helps,

it happens to me too. Whenever I want to open an exploit module it says "Failed to load module".
