I have officially added to the Disallowed Blackhat Activity Help Doc the following:
Disallowed BlackHat Activity
I feel that it's very clear. Don't use HF to discuss DDOS for Hire services and the phrase "any content related" does also apply to profiles as well as advertising of sites which offer such services.
Since SST was an enforced restricted section the rest of the site shouldn't have existing content that violates the policy.
Closing this because I see no real need to discuss the matter further. This is just a notification.
