I dont want to sound dum but is there anyway to hack an iphone to get free inapp purchases without jailbreak ( ive got an iphone 5c 32bit)

I could plainly say no but that answer isnt sufficient when one is trying to help the community.

In order to get some sort of free in app purchase :
1. You would either need to have the IPA decompiled, know where the hidden features are hiding and find a way to have it not verify with iTunes if the purchase was made.
OR
2. Have some sort of repository with In app purchased content on a server and have your app pull it from that server, of coarse these efforts are easily skirted with most apps of value having all their data managed server side.

If you feel interested in delving in to your own research, check out the android equivalent of on the fly patching with an APK called "Lucky Patcher" or "Freedom Patcher"

This app creates a modified Play Store with a modified Payment screen that reroutes the purchase request to it self , which it will automatically comply and reply with a receipt ( No signature on purchase = means any server side checks will decline the purchase) This APK goes one step further by patching the APP to not check for signitures and to use the modified play store. SO In short, IF you had a jailbroken device. LocalIAPStore or IAPFree would be your go to tweaks, but those rely on a server that already cached previous paid content to deliver to whoever requests it.

IF YOU REALLY WANT FREE IN APP PURCHASE.

Purchase Something in game, spend or use credits and immediately file a refund from iTunes claiming it was accidently made to reverse the transaction, DO NOT CLAIM IT WAS FRAUD OR THEY WILL CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT TEMPORARILY TO INVESTIGATE.
