Windows 10 fails to install update KB3197954 (error code 0x800F0922)

I'm wondering if anyone else is having this same problem?

When I choose to restart my PC to install the update, before restarting, it gets to 30%, then abruptly restarts. When Windows 10 loads up again, the updater gets as far as 97% every time, then fails. Then upon restart, when Windows 10 starts up, I get a black screen for several minutes with only my mouse cursor displayed, until my desktop is finally loaded.

I've disabled my antivirus, tried uninstalling previous Windows updates, troubleshooted and applied fixes to the Windows Update tool itself, gave more disk space to the recovery partition, etc. Nothing seems to be working. Can anyone help me with this? It would be greatly appreciated.

Try this and screenshot the results:

Start Elevated CMD and paste:
Code
sfc /scannow

If that fixes issues, then go ahead and restart then try the update again.

I believe I tried that as well, but I'll see here in a second. Thanks!

Nope. It said it had fixed some issues, but the problem still occurs. :/
