Not sure if it's too much color or not, don't do much graphics design, but I like what you did with it.

IMHO, I think it looks washed out. Maybe try doing a hint of green instead of blue on the person would make it pop out more. As green and red are complimentary colours...

I think it looks amazing! Good work dude. Like Motusora said, maybe a little darker blue but other than that its perfect.
