So I received a method for a free product from a business. The method includes charging back on paypal and the business never fighting the chargeback. Wouldn't this be considered fraud?

Paypal Fraud
With PP fraud rampant in the hacker community we feel it's our duty to take a stand on this one. We will not allow discussion on selling of paypal accounts, stealing accounts, or verifying accounts with false information. Basically if you're doing something against the TOS of paypal, you're breaking a rule here. Sounds like it falls under breaking this rule. |
