If the message is related to the thread's content each time, then yes. If not it's spam.

I don't get why people make threads for things like this. Look at his posts. Are they shitpost-y? Is he bumping 3 year old threads? If yes, report. Are they adding to the conversation/asking good questions? Are they newer threads? If yes, don't worry about it.

You don't need to ask in UB3R support if someone is spamming.
