Depends what you're trying to find with an IP.
If you want Facebook, just ping on CMD like a professional hacker.
If you want a specific user; create a link which is also an IP Logger.

You can create them in a way, it logs their IP, but throws them to a page of your choice so it doesn't look suspicious, unless they know what they're doing.
