How to make a .exe open up a cmd

So i've been working on a project that auto injects but instead of having a gui, I was wondering how to make it so when someone runs the exe, it opens up a command prompt looking ui which pulls information from my server and makes it auto inject?

I have the information pulling and auto injecting done already, I just wanna know how to make it look as a command prompt window thing.
You mean a console application? What language are you developing this in?

Chances are, your app already opens a console window but finishes quickly enough that you don't see it. Stick an input wait or a pause or something at the end of your program and you'll see the console.

recent enough and hasn't been answered, if you still don't know, you need to use AllocConsole (I am assuming your using windows) along with freopen_s to wrap stdin/stdout to the console. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/15543...aying-cout shows how to do this pretty simply (note the last comment on using freopen_s instead of freopen).
your program shouldn't display any gui related component, and u may try to run or control the .exe file from the batch file..
