[Placement]

Hey all! I'm a pretty avid music lover, as well as a decent singer. My favorite bands include: Disturbed, Breaking Benjamin, Asking Alexandria, Rise Against, Three Days Grace, Theory of a Deadman, Papa Roach, just to name a few. My music library has thousands of songs, so i couldn't possibly name every single one.

My reason for posting this is to ask several questions and generate a discussion.

Why do you listen to music? What does it do for you that makes you enjoy listening to it?

What are some of your favorite musicians? (Can be this genre or not, I created this looking for similar individuals, but I'm completely open to anyone)

Three songs you'd recommend to others?

One artist who you love but is no where near your preferred genre, yet you still like them.

Have you been to any concerts? Which ones? How'd you feel?

It calms me, it gives me sanctuary and it makes me feel whole.

Land of Confusion by Disturbed, Failure by Breaking Benjamin, and I Hate Everything About You by Three Days Grace.
Marshmello, really enjoy Alone and Keep it Mello for some reason.
I went to Disturbed/Breaking Benjamin, and Born of Osiris/Asking Alexandria recently. Disturbed was literally one of the best experiences of my life, Asking Alexandria was also up there, but it was a smaller crowd.
