Displacement Intensity (0-10): Same as above, 3-5 i guess, no idea.
Colour Distortion Frequency (0-10): Up to you, but maybe keep it the colours of the sig.

For the colours, if you run this through a greyscale converter, you'll be golden, though it does kill the effect a little.
