Microsoft has released a security update for some of the core products that are in use on Windows.
Some of them which are Windows(The OS), Internet Explorer, Edge, Office and .NET framework

Altogether there has been released 12 security bulletins, and 6 of those are categorized as critical.

I highly recommend updating your systems ASAP.
