Can anybody please offer a website that can detect runtime. All the websites i know are scan time only

Every crypter on HF does not encrypt native payload at runtime. Not sure about .NET
If you couldn't find anything (i do not know any site of that king) just install AV on VM and test

Which crypter would you recommend for .NET runtime bypass then?
I use cloudcrypter with njrat. I don't think it's runtime
