Since I'm going to be taking ownership of the group, and ethan (Ninetales) will be taking a backseat since he's been inactive, I'm going to see if I can't forge Dawn into something new. I want to extend that to all members willing to take part and help me push it forward.

I have no current plans for new sectors, though I do have a couple ideas:
General Population - Lounge people, friends of mine or people in the group because they're entertaining, not for activity.
Education Sector - Provide help with both Education Nation and post tutorial threads on academia.
Innuendo/Personal Life Sector - Phoenix/143, hopefully lead by Nevieth if he so chooses.
Also, I will NOT make a sector for if there's a group dedicated to it, and doing well at it.

If you have an idea, post or PM me with it, and if I'm so inclined, I'll give you leadership over that sector.


There will be no leadership spots for sale.
There will be no buy-ins.

Include health wise as part of personal life

Good idea, will definitely see to that.

On the topic of what defines "activity" for me, I don't plan on keeping content locked to the subforum.
There's no point. Our subforum will be used for either planning or socializing within the group.
Group sector activity will take place in the forum, and the forum only.


So far, I've reached a few decisions towards ideas given to me.

Streetwear/Fashion - Windows 98
That has been the only concrete decision made.

A few things I'm debating within my head:
Graphics (Click to View)
Weekly/Biweekly contests and/or battles, depending on if we can get enough designers willing to put their time into it.
Haven't had an idea for leader for this yet, so maybe the first big graphics battle is in order? :?

Gaming (Click to View)
As I said in response to DoctorSheep,

Maybe, but I rarely see continuous activity out of this, it's usually a one time group thing, then it's a userbar group under the guise of being a collection of gamers.
Just how I see it.

Tech/Whitehat (Click to View)
Depends on if I can get activity and find someone I trust to lead the sector and keep it active.
Will most likely tech will include Phones/Hardware, along with that sort of thing.

Web Dev & Projects (Click to View)
Meh, we'll see where we go with Dawn first off, then maybe something taxing like this could be managed. I heavily doubt it.

SRPP/Philosophy (Click to View)
Once again, competent leader.
I'd have no problems with Abraluna or Goodies, in the case they'd even be interested in the offer.

Arts (Click to View)
Activity, activity, activity.
Photography, music, poetry, arts.

Also, due to him being extremely, extremely dedicated to Dawn and our vision of it, Night Fury can take his choice of what he'd like to lead, new sector or no.

That is respectable that you are not doing buy-ins, I currently run the Occult section in Illuminati and it is a SRPP sector we try to refrain from using biased opinion, rather than proving a factual counter-argument, and comments spitting other members for their own discussions. I do this to provide a spot where we can discuss controversial topics without negativity and provide a discussion meant only for the topic at hand.

That being said I have created an amazing atmosphere within Illuminati and in my opinion, it is the only honest to god good part of Illuminati. If you ever need help with anything let me know, I have a good taste in character and honestly, a relationship advice sector could work. I saw what you said about baka but I don't feel like that sector is being ran properly.

Also if you would like to consider running a graphics sector as well I would be willing to help. Have a nice day!
