No it shouldn't be illegal. Everyone is free to think what they want and speak what they want... in the US anyway. Now trying to force your thinking onto someone else? That should be illegal.

I personally believe that nothing you say should allow others be offended. If you really hunk about it, it's just them making a certain sound out of their mouth that somehow offends you. So no, I think that people should be able to say whatever they want to because it's part of having freedom of speech.
