Lately the second season of the anime Ajin dropped. This anime has an outstanding story but its cartoons and drawing needs light years to improve. I highly recommend you to watch it even though it has bad drawing. But its story is something else definitely worth watching.

Ajin is going to be one of those anime I'll watch when I'm absolutely bored. Unfortunately that animation makes me really not want to watch it.

Aren't all of the models CGI? Can't stand CGI animation for all characters.

Yeah its CGI but it's still pretty good. I hate CGI but you'll get used to it after a couple of episodes.

[Professor Pantsu]

It's pretty alright I guess.

Literally tried so hard to watch this but the animation style killed my eyes.

I tried sohard but the animation really killed it.

I heard the animation was sh*t, but I've read all the chapters that are out in the English. I like it up to an extent, but the recent chapters feel rather boring to me. Maybe because its taken awhile for each chapter to get released, but Its still good IMO =p

Just realized the second season came out yesterday and started watching it again. Definitely something else.

Yes the entire anime is made with CGI, but that gives them more freedom with scene angles (in my opinion) and therefore greater storytelling capabilities. Unfortunately both seasons seem to be rendered in 20 fps so stuttering is visible in fast action scenes, but for the most part it's acceptable. The story, however, is exceptional and definitely kept me interested. I had to watch the second season from some startup group made only to sub Ajin 2. That came with several downfalls such as sketchy translation and spelling/vocabulary mistakes every now and then, but it still got the job done.

When I started watching, i was thrown off by the animation but gave it a chance. Happy I did, it got much better and now is sitting in my top 10.
Ironically my #1 and #2 anime shows were all poorly animated. But I gave it a chance and ended up loving both of them. Hence the rank.

Started watching it recently on Netflix. Kinda got used to the animation after a few episodes and I really liked the story. I wonder how will season 3 be like. Although Sato being the villain for three seasons.... I dunno

[Cloaked.]

Just finished watching it some hours ago. Loved it.
I actually liked the animation a lot. The soundtrack was pretty damn epic too.
Hopefully there's a Season 3 coming too, that'd be too kek.

Unfortunately (for me) is the animation very annoying to watch.

[biscuit deluxe]

I absolutely love the ending song of season 2.

[@Jupiter]

I don't see how the animation is such a bother.

Then again I'm not much of anime nerd. I absolutely loved the series and watched all season 2 in 1 day while working on my business
