Hello I was banned in 2014 in CP And Since that time they are not interested in Unbanning me i called them and emailed them and still so do u have a link to any working unbanner???

I don't think there's such a thing as an "unbanner" - that's the first thing.
Secondly, if you want to make a new account feel free to check out our sections of proxies and VPNs, which will hide your IP address at the cost of a minimal amount of packets. (Something you shouldn't worry about just for playing club penguin.)
