Every person who plays have faced with a soft ban at some point of time as u tried fake gps or when u travelled large distance.
There's only one way that i know to prevent a soft ban.If you're a person who uses sniping as soon as you see the pokemon click it and go to the last location in which u have collected the pokeball.
If u made a mistake and got a soft ban go to a pokestop spin in and close it the again spin it and repeat the process 40 times and you would have your soft ban removed

Not sure if it still works, but you could try using QuickSpin, it basically does what you said, but it does the spinning process automatically.
