Programmatically break AI photo recognition algorithm

I've got a lot of images which are pretty commonly tossed around for marketers.

I need for them to not be detected by photo recognition as the same image passed around a billion times. I need to do this programmatically, how? Any language, library? I'll learn, or figure out, point me in the right direction and I'll be really really grateful.

If you wanna give this a shot, we can discuss possible payment or something over Skype or pm. I'll give you a sample set of images. Not specifically trying to evade google, but if you can break google without making the images look like shit, or fake, then you win. I realize it'll likely be impossible to make some images not look ridiculous, but if you can do it to a moderately high percentage that'll be sufficient, no need to implement facial recognition and scale around that or something, way too complex for what I need.
You will need to test for what is actually being detected and go from there.
