Apologies if this is a newbie q. But need help, urgently.

When using the icloud backup how do i know its backed up and where exactly can i view my files backed up? Is a pc required for this and / or programs?
Im getting my phone repaired soon so this is required.

You can go to iCloud.com and check your storage to see if you have a backup or not. You can only access a phone backup by restoring to another device or using programs like fonepaw
