Hello, I am fairly experienced when it comes to this but I was not doing stuff
like this for quite a while and I know older rats are not so stable with new Windows Versions.
I was just wondering which is the most stable Free and Paid version?

Any paid RAT will be compatible with most versions of Windows. Some nice free RATs include Quasar and Babylon. jNet will be a free platform RAT but is not yet released.

Not sure when it'll be released. Your best bet for a free RAT is Quasar or Babylon imo.

Dude, I am not really sure what are you trying to say? 🤨
I asked just for the RAT names (free and paid ones) as I've got no trouble with configuring it.
