Hello Twofeathers22, your request requires a lot more details to be understood correctly,
and to be able to receive proper assistance. Mainly you have to tell us what kind of smartphone
the target has (Android-based or an iPhone) and to what extent you have access to it or can be near it.

There are plenty of guides on how to use Kali Linux and Metasploit modules to create a payload
and send it to the target, it won't always work though, Android devices for example must have
unknown sources enabled for their apps to begin with, most have but some don't.

Kali is an operating system, you can't run it on Windows 10 because that is also an operating system. You have to run Kali either in a virtual machine such as VirtualBox, or you have to create a boot-able USB flash drive with Kali on it, and then boot your computer from it by spamming the boot menu key right after you start up your computer and selecting the USB drive instead of letting Windows start up.
