Good Boss
A good boss is usually one to always stand up and make sure everyone is completing their task in a proper way making sure they’re not struggling with the task given to them. Another charistic of a good boss is to be more of a leader than an actual boss. A leader usually helps the others with their work making sure it get’s done and not making the employees stress about it not getting done. A good boss is one to make everyone feel happy and comfortable in their work environment. Another good thing a good boss would do is to make everyone not hate coming to work, make them want to come to work and not mind having to come in and work. To be a great boss you often need to be in the same position once in your lifetime as the employee working under someone who was either a good boss or a bad boss. Regardless of the boss you had when you where employee it should make you want to have the urge to strive towards being a better boss than your own in the past.
Bad boss
Now here comes the bad boss, the one no one likes and wishes they never worked for this individual. Most of the time when it comes towards a horrible boss most people get to the point whether they confront their boss or they just quit their job not giving the boss a chance to explain on why he is being non supportive depending on the situation. Usually a bad boss is not supportive and gives his or her employees the shadow over their shoulders to hurry up with their work and that they’re not doing a good enough job. This type of behavior will lead employees to be always nervous and not enjoy coming to work absolutely regretting ever applying for that job. When it comes to a bad boss everyone seems to hate their job and possibly get to the point where they become depressed over the job not wanting to quit due to the fact of it is not the easiest to find jobs matching their current wages. Bad bosses will never be a leader they are the type to point and demand for you to do something instead of showing you how to do it they will let you fail and be disappointed in you for failing at this task.
