BackTrack? What year are you living in, unless it's still developed on which I doubt it is- it's pretty outdated; I wouldn't use it opposed to something like Kali.

I just want to state the obvious, you can't 100% clone a website, what you can clone what your browser displays, there is no way that you can clone the PHP scripts or other server-side scripts.
This means that if you cloned a website with a login, you will be be able to use the login because it relies on the PHP scripts.

Please correct me if I am wrong though. There is always a possibility..
