Alright so this is going to sound weird, but for some reason the HackForums background was bugging out for me on mobile (Chrome, Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge).

With bugging out I mean the background moved around, like if I was drunk. Made my mobile lag too. I honestly can't explain any better, it was really weird. After around 20 seconds it went back to normal.

That's strange. Never had that issue. If it happens again try to record it.

I'm on the exact same phone and can confirm I've never on any device experienced anything along these lines. Has it ever repeated since? If not, I wouldn't worry about it, it's probably an issue with your phone loading the page if the entire device was laggy during the time it happened.
