Most likely he is friends with Nexio but that's besides the point, the rep seems valid. Just move on and don't worry much about it.

Someone left me a Deal With Caution reputation, isn't that abuse?
We do not consider DWC (Deal With Caution) reputations abuse by itself. We consider it good advice for all members in all situations when doing deals.

How do I report an invalid scammer reputation?
We suggest you send them a Private Message informing them of site policy and the consequences unless they alter the reputation within 24 hours. Give them that time to alter it. Do not report the reputation to an admin until that 24 hours has passed. Do not threaten the member in the PM. Instead copy/paste this:

Yeah I guess putting "chargeback" or w/e isn't allowed so I think Omni would remove them

you can contact omni or any staff for this to get removed but you have to pm that quoted text i posted above to the user who give you a false rep ...

The neg you have is completely valid. There is no policy for 'invalid' reputations.

oh well, couldnt care less about that neg :c
good thing i got the user closed before he scammed ppl (he only scammed 1 but it couldve been more :( )
