Try kickthemout by Nikolaos Kamarinakis & David Schütz, you can download it from GitHub. A really easy to use program that ARP spoofs clients from your network.
EDIT: Just noticed you were looking for an Android app so ignore my reply as kickthemout is a python program. It may work on a rooted Android phone with Kali Nethunter and an external wifi card but I doubt you want to go through that much trouble.

It does require root tho, if you don't have root its pretty easy to get. Can't post links so remove the spaces.

I don't know about that, but I know there are some scripts that can jam all wifi clients around you by deauthenticating them on kali linux, I can also use aireplay-ng to broadcast deauth on a certain network.

It's not like that, I'm careful and I'm not stupid I won't do this without head. My friend did this some time ago and he was telling everyone and then someone told to the school director he almost got expulsed.
