So i was given Negative Reputation by:

It Passed 24 hours, and he was banned( i think so)

He didn't accuse me directly as Scamer, but his comments suggest that im Scamer.
Off Topic: Deal Dispute is without any real Proof. Basicly, he made deal on skype, without PM me here.

From Help Docs:
"Calling someone a scammer without a link to the scam report in the reputation will result in the reputation being removed. However, if there is a link to a Deal Dispute thread they've created then Staff does not investigate these claims nor make it definitive whether the scam report is legitimate or not."

This is defiantly the wrong section, I think you need to re-read the Help Docs. And I hope you contacted them before making this since all they have to do is drop a hackforums link and they are good. Just let it go dude, it's not a big deal.
