Hi,
I wanted to upgrade to LEET but did not find any option to pay with Paypal. I dnt know how to use BTC. Anyone can suggest what to do?

Try to find someone to exchange with (PP=>BTC ), it'll be hard since you're practically new. There's no way to pay with PayPal my friend.
