Whenever I start my homework I can never ever just sit down and do it all at once. Heck I can't even finish just my math homework. I always get distracted no matter what I do and I need tips to help me stay focused.

0. Break work into small chunks.
1. Complete a chunk.
2. Pat yourself, take a very short break.
3. if (work = not done), goto 1

If you get stuck at 1, goto 0, make smaller chunks.
If you get stuck at 2, make shorter breaks.

Be aware that you need to fight procrastination.

I just plug in my headphones and put the phone away from sight then study. Works for me, try if u want to.
