Hey guys.. So i was thinking about starting a white hat hacker group since theres not many out there and all the groups here are mostly black hat and full of illegal stuff. Anyways, Let me know what you think and if i decide to do it I'll be looking for leaders that can help out.

Depends what you're interested in accomplishing as a group. Most of us just help out where we can.

Well, mate, I think best way is first to become a good one and by itself you will get in such a circle. Other than that deep web has few forums that might have some good hackers. Ive actually known only one that is a real one. Also you can just post somewhere that you are looking for them, and you should check your email drafts, like me and find a message by someone that hacked your clearnet email and left you a message there.
