Am I allowed to ask HF users about other forums? For instance, where I may find an active forum community about hacking into cars/physically stealing cars?

I am very interested in said topics and I do not see areas on HF where I may further establish said discussion. Is it allowed to be spoken about so I can be put in the right direction?

Advertising of competing sites is not allowed. This refers to any website with a hacker forum that's similar to HF or has a relatively similar forum structure. Advertising includes signatures, PMs, profiles, and posts.

As you'd be talking about hacking, members aren't allowed to say other hacking related sites
