Deep web is probably the LEAST trusted market to buy BTC. Take a look at some of the trusted (and I say "trusted" loosely here) exchangers in our currency exchange section, but your best bet would be localbitcoins.com

first of all thank you for the reply.

i was looking for it here but when i see scam report section i feel sad there are some people scammed for 5USD to 300USD so its really hard to trust for big amount deal when people scamming for small amount of money. i just want to donate for HF but my all business are running with VISA and MASTER. thats why im looking for a good exchange place.

btw i got pm about localbitcoins.com i think better give a try on it.

Localbitcoins is probably the safest bet, go with someone who uses ID as verification or Cardless cash

Be humble.

How many BTC are you planning to buy? You can try localbitcoin. I know a seller but she's not a member here
I would recommend you do a lot of research before doing any deal but if you are on here you should not only do research but utilize the tools that the site provides to you when you do deals and you likely wont be scammed.

There are a lot of scammers here, yes nobody denies that however there are also a lot of successful and transparent sellers and exchangers.
Nowadays? I'm just here for the nostalgia.

i use paxful.com for buying BTC it's easy and faster excahnger's
Take a good look around localbitcoin, I've bought btc from there before with no ID and at large volumes. Will take time to find it as most sellers require ID, but I've bought near enough a 1:1 rate with no ID before.
Depends where you're from just use a normal Bitcoin exchange or is there an issue with that? Bitstamp in europe and coinbase or some other in the US. Bitcoins aren't illegal you can just buy them without any problems.
