Thread Moved To Referral Section If I Take My Link Out Can I Get It Moved Back?

So a thread i made for CPA The NOOBS Guide To CPA / Resources / Guides / Getting Started / FREE and Investment got moved because I posted my referral link in there. I didn't know i wasn't aloud to do this. If i take my referral link out can it be moved back? if so who do I ask?
