I was training in Parkour for a 3-4 years, I had a successful carrier in it, I was motivated, was moving in the gyms & had a great body workout.
But I had many injuries as well, last time I've felt in street on double back flip and result was that I broke both of my knees. I'm doing flips even today, but not tryharding anymore, doctor said that "If you didn't had such strong knees, you would never be able to get up again" Website & Software Penetration Service
PM me for further details!
