In the beginning he was looking for thread design . So, i PM'd him my work ( which is account shop design ) as he asked .

We agreed that he will only host my account shop (cuz he's Ub3r) and profit will be 70% for me and 30% for him ( as I'm doing all of the work ).
after the first 2h we made 3 sales and got $3 .. 6 hours later he closed the thread and deleted rocketr account WITHOUT taking my opinion when I SEND him pm he said he did that because the shop wasn't auto-buy.After that he send me only $0.4 :/
All of that is not the problem . The problem is that the next day he made a new account shop with partnership with other member USING my Main design template ( icons , fonts ..) without asking my permission . He modified it only a little bit .
When i Pm'd him about that he responded with giving me negative rep

Just deal with caution and know that he's lair and selfish person.
