Minecraft Launchers - Are these files malware?

Hi, trying to recommend a cracked MC client to a frriend of mine. Are either of these malware, and if they both are, do you have a launcher you may recommend?

Without really looking at it I would say its pretty sketchy.. Send me the files via PM and where you got them from if you think they may of infected you.
