Well if its inspirational, make sure it rhymes so has good effect on the reader.

Most poems i tend to remember are nice and short, so if you really wanna inspire and keep it stuck in someones head keep it nice and short broski!

Remember , quality over quantity!

Try to rhyme alot, that automatically makes a poem better imo. There are many websites that will tell you if something rhymes or not.
