Have a method to release all 21 day hold payments in 0-3 day regardless of the payment. Would cost 10% of the payment wouldn't need your password. Was wondering if this type of thing is allowed as it's not any type of fraud and it wasn't stated in the rules. Also if anyone would be interested in this. I can remove any payment holds (21 day, 24 hour hold, ebay, and e check.)
