He asked you before the deal was made asking if your PayPal was verified. You lied. You have a fake site on it and it's not verified. Chances area his Amazon account will get banned for using the card you sold him so obviously he charged back.

The whole problem with this whole thing is nothing was ever wrong with his account. (Amazon had a major outage) He jumped the gun and thought his account was messed up from this transaction.. It wasnt. Nothing is wrong with his account and now im stuck with my account screwed up... My Palpal is a verified account... This is wrong...

Technically you are at fault here, however, if you can both agree that you wait until you get your item and all is well, then you send that money back to him/close the dispute.
OP provided the proper proof that he sent a non-carded AGC. You shouldn't have chargedback man.

To anyone tuning in, this prick sold a carded gift card worth $600.00 to user 'debilu' and he has now chargebacked to get his money back because the gift card was carded or fraudulent.

EDIT - looks like the amazon account is up and running so I take what I just said back since I thought the previous dispute was on-going, I will also change my reputation I gave you back to neutral.

A little backstory, OP appears to of sold AGC to debilu in the past without issue and for BTC. Now debilu purchased a $600 card for PayPal, the OP sent debilu his AGC, then debilu sent OP the PP, the AGC was redeemed and everything was fine. After the trade, debilu decided to file a chargeback prior to any issue with the card because he suspected it was "carded" when thats exactly what it is, a speculation. debilu is an idiot with respect, now he has absolutely zero cover if it does get revoked because once this chargeback has concluded thats that.

debilu is ASSUMING its carded, he has zero proof and to be honest he should of taken this whole chance into account before purchasing not after. He got what he paid for, and hes simply using this thread;

I guess thats a risk you take and of course, if this was to happen the buyer would stand full rights of obtaining a refund but not before if that makes sense. You would open a CB AFTER not before, makes zero sense.
